Cancellation Policy
We do implore our clients to give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment, otherwise payment will be chargeable in full.

Clients/Services User Guide
The Phoenix Beauty Point is registered with the Healthcare Commission for the treatments of Ellipse Light IPL - System used for hair reduction and skin rejuvenation.
We are not allowed to treat children or anyone under the age of maturity (i.e. 18 years of age).
Parents are advised not to bring in their children when coming to the clinic for treatment(s).
Our Beauty Therapists are fully trained and certified in the use of the system and treatments that they perform. All clients are fully assessed for suitability before commencing treatment. All information given during consultations is treated with strict confidence.
